Mark as Useful THIS MAN WITH AN ACCENT SAID THAT HE WORKED FOR THE SHAWN DAVIS LAW FIRM.. HE SAID THAT I WAS BEING SUED AND THAT I WOULD HAVE WARRANT ISSUED FOR MY ARREST... HE SAID THAT THEY WERE GETTING ME FOR CHECK FRAUD,AND 2 OTHER THINGS... HE SAID THAT I HAD GOTTEN AN ONLINE LOAN FROM A COMPANY AND THAT I RECIEVED THE FUNDS BUT WHEN THEY WENT TO TAKE OUT THE MONEY I OWED THEM THAT MY BANK DECLINED THEM.... I HAVE NEVER EVEN DONE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY AMERICAN CASH... NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THEM..I TOLD HIM THAT MY ATTORNEY WOULD BE GIVING THEM A CALL BACK AND HE HUNG UP ON ME....

Mark as Useful recorded message that say's they are a collection agency and to hang up the phone if you are not the name of the caller and if you stay on line then you are agreeing that is is the person....How do they know if we hang up or listen to the whole message...It's annoying and calls come in every day.

Mark as Useful I filed a BK last year and this capital one credit card was wiped off now my BK was dismissed and they are hounding me to pay them after I was in good standing with them and they refused to accept payment due to the BK. Now my credit is messed up and they want their money. How can I stop them from calling.
